Meet the Owner

My name is Vanderlei Nolasco, and my journey in the construction and flooring industry began at an early age in my home country of Brazil. Growing up, I needed to work to support myself, and it was through these experiences that I discovered my passion for construction. I started by working alongside my uncle, learning the trade, and building my skills. Before long, I followed my passion and started my own business, specializing in tile and flooring.

In 2019, I moved to the United States, driven by a desire to explore new opportunities and push the boundaries of my craft. In the U.S., I had the chance to work with various companies, each with its own unique approach to handling challenges. The techniques I encountered here were often different from those I had mastered back in Brazil, but I saw this as an opportunity to expand my skill set and combine the best of both worlds. I took the traditional methods I grew up with—those deeply rooted in the craftsmanship of my home country—and integrated them with the innovative techniques I discovered in the States.

One of the key advantages I bring to my work is a deep understanding of materials like cement, ceramic, tile, marble, and laminate—elements that are foundational in Brazilian construction. While others may struggle with the precision and speed required in cutting and installing these materials, I pride myself on delivering excellence quickly and efficiently.

At Van Tile LLC, I not only bring this level of craftsmanship to every tile and flooring project but also offer a range of other construction services. I personally train all my workers to ensure that the same high standards of quality and attention to detail are maintained across every project. My goal is to bring unparalleled expertise and dedication to each job, ensuring that it’s done right the first time.

Meet the Owner

I come from a big family in a small town in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The daughter of a biology teacher and a cattleman, I was one of six children. We grew up with a housekeeper who lived with us at home. In addition to managing our home and keeping it clean, she also took care of us kids. She lived with us for nearly nine years. I can remember watching everything she was doing. I learned so many things. Even as a young girl, I have always had an independent spirit, but it was not until 2007 when I moved to the USA at age 22 that I really understood what being independent meant.
I came to the USA alone, without knowing any English. I took a job as a waitress working 12 hours a day to make enough to survive. This was horrible work. All-day on my feet with a loud boss over me shouting orders. How was I going to learn English this way? After 7 months, I quit that job and took a job driving for a cleaning service. I learned about the products and services and soon after decided to start my own cleaning business. I enrolled in English classes and before long, everything began to shape up. The business was really good!
